3. Calendar

3.1 Programme of Work

The objectives, programme of work and outputs have been defined in draft, namely:

  1. Agreement, Euragro Trainings, June 2004.
  2. Identification of thematic and geographical area for Spa Tourism PLA activities, June-July 2004
  3. Interviews by email and phone with stakeholders, July-August 2004.
  4. Establish a list of interested stakeholders in order to form a consortium. September 2004.
  5. Establish a core working team, September 2004
  6. Follow-up financial support, contacting potential donors, October 2004.
  7. Develop a vision of the learning area through development of a preliminary website, September 2004.
  8. Prepare the 1 st Workshop, senzitise stakeholders, November-December 2004
  9. Prepare protocol for consortial cooperation and define activities, December 2004 - January 2005.
  10. Set up a Tourism Learning Area for the region

3.2. Intended Outputs (by date)

The following outputs conform to the draft objectives of the working group:

  1. List of potential stakeholders August-September, 2004
  2. Establishment of a working group September-October 2004
  3. Development of a strategic vision presented as a preliminary website October-November 2004
  4. Preparation of a) work programme, b) budget and c) funding application November 2004
  5. Establishment of a Tourism Learning Area for the region Dec 2005

3.3. List of Learning Experiences

A range of formal and informal learning experiences can be found on the websites of the interested stakeholders, in particular:
