2.1. Proposed/Potential Co-ordinating Body:Current Coordination StructureRegionalforum Pongau The proposed co-ordinating body is the Regionalforum Pongau. The Regionalforum Pongau is an association whereas Mr. Brandauer is the chairman. All other positions are held by active players in the region Pongau. The association hires a full-time manager who is Ms. Isabel Scherrer and an assistant working half-time. The regional manager is in charge of: |

Development and fostering of cross-trade/business/industry cooperations, regional planning, development of regional touristic offers, fostering contact with all relevant public authorities, PR, activation of regional actors and all tasks in connection with public subsidies.
The work of the Regionalforum is managed by regional program including key-projects, which follow in many cases the bottom-up approach.
The Regionalforum Pongau has stated so called "key projects" that are
supposed to have sustainable impacts on the region. In the field of tourism
