3. Calendar

3.1 Programme of Work

The objectives of the learning area Pongau are:

  • To establish a list of interested stakeholders
  • Identification of knowledge providers - database with detailed information (knowledge pool)
  • Identification of training needs
  • Identification of lacks in demand (why is there not enough demand for certain offers?)
  • Transfer of information and training
  • Specific training for service providers in the region
  • Establishment of an e-training platform (market place)

3.2. Intended Outputs (by date)

This is the planned schedule for the PLA Pongau:

  • Analysis of the sitution in the Pongau area and in Salzburg May - June 2004
  • Brief project information (German) and distribution to local players May
  • Contacting Regionalforum Pongau May
  • 1. Workshop "Qualität durch Bildung und Qualifizierung" 29th June 2004
  • Based on the results of the workshop: agreement on next steps and activities
  • Talks / interviews with certain regional stakeholders
  • Formal agreement "Stop or go " of the project LA Pongau
  • More profound analysis: key actors, improvement of stakeholder listing and learning experiences
  • Definition of projects
  • 2 nd workshop with all interested and actively involved stakeholders (autumn 2004)
  • Definition and agreement on the final project > implementation or end of the project LA Pongau
