The core partnership of the EEA ECOTRANS and Ramboll will be expanded in accordance with the open, participative approach built into the UN Type II Partnership framework. Key players are being invited to engage in specific roles to deliver the Action Programme, to avoid duplication of efforts, and save on time and resources. 3. ' Contributors ' - people or institutions with access right privileges for uploading documents to specific sections of the portal. Contributors can edit, change, or delete their documents at all times. Contributors uploads are subject to approvals of the Local Administrator before they become publicly accessible on the web.
  4. 'Users' or visitors of the website. This includes a wide range of tourism stakeholders who need information but do not use the site as a working area as done by the Core Partners, Local Administrators, and Contributors.

The potential Local Administrators of the knowledge network, include:

    • European Commission Directorates
